-After installation, re-calibrate the nozzle height (leveling) to ensure that the printing platform is at the right distance from the nozzle.
-Test whether the wire feeding is smooth and check whether the temperature control is normal.

Four, after the replacement of debugging and matters needing attention

1. Firmware adjustment: Some new extruders may need to modify the firmware parameters of the printer, such as PID temperature adjustment parameters and stepping motor speed.
2. Test printing: It is recommended to carry out a small model test for the first time to observe whether there is leakage, blockage or fault.
3. Regular maintenance: After replacing the extruder, you should also clean the nozzle and check the line connection regularly to prolong the service life and keep the printing quality stable.
