First, what is post-curing?
Post-curing refers to the further curing process by heating or other means after the initial curing of materials is completed. It is usually used to improve the crosslinking density of materials, make the molecular structure more stable, and thus improve the mechanical properties, heat resistance and chemical stability of materials.
Second, the purpose of post-curing
1. Enhance the properties of materials: Post-curing can significantly improve the strength, hardness and heat resistance of materials.
2. Reduce internal stress: The internal stress that may occur during the initial curing process can be relieved by post-curing.

Third, the basic operation process of post-curing

6. Cooling treatment:
-After the constant temperature is over, it can be cooled naturally or slowly to avoid stress concentration caused by sudden cooling.
-It is forbidden to take out materials quickly, so as not to affect the curing effect.
7. Detection and evaluation:
-After the post-curing, the material shall be tested for performance, such as tensile strength test and thermal deformation temperature test, to evaluate whether the post-curing effect is up to standard.
Fourth, matters needing attention
-Be familiar with the material safety data sheet (SDS) before operation, and understand its temperature tolerance limit and potential risks.
-Ensure that the operating environment is well ventilated to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases.
-Pay attention to safety measures such as fire prevention and explosion prevention when using the equipment.
-Process verification shall be carried out for different batches of materials to ensure the consistency of post-curing effect.
